Cranberry Plum Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), peeled
  Peeled ginger slices 2 (Each About The Size Of A Quarter)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Oriental sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned whole berry cranberry sauce 8 Ounce
  Chinese plum sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Chinese chile sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
Directions

In a food processor with the metal blade, process garlic and ginger until minced.
Add remaining ingredients and process until combined.
Remove to a bowl and refrigerate several hours for the flavors to blend.
