Cranberry Plum Dipping Sauce

|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), peeled|
|Peeled ginger slices||2 (Each About The Size Of A Quarter)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Cider vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Oriental sesame oil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned whole berry cranberry sauce||8 Ounce|
|Chinese plum sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Chinese chile sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
In a food processor with the metal blade, process garlic and ginger until minced.
Add remaining ingredients and process until combined.
Remove to a bowl and refrigerate several hours for the flavors to blend.
