Green Vegetable Sauce

Ingredients
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chopped scallions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shredded romaine lettuce/Escarole 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded beet tops 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pitted avocado 1⁄2
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh mint leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh basil 2 Teaspoon
  Kelp To Taste
  Lime juice To Taste
Directions

1. Put the water and scallions in the container of an electric blender or food processor and blend or process until smooth. While blending or processing slowly, gradually add the lettuce, spinach, beet tops, avocado, parsley, mint, and basil.
2. Season mixture with kelp and lime juice to taste.
