Quick Butterscotch Sauce
|Brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (packed)|
|Whipping cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Golden corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. In a large glass bowl or casserole dish, combine brown sugar, cream and corn syrup. Microwave at High, stirring twice, for 5 to 6 minutes. Add vanilla; let cool to room temperature. Sauce thickens as it cools.
