Chicken N Sauce
|Onion||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chicken breasts/6 chicken thighs||4|
|Canned tomato sauce||15 Ounce|
|Dried basil||2 Tablespoon|
Lightly brown onions and garlic in a small amount of olive oil.
Slice chicken into 2 inch pieces.
Saute with onions and garlic.
Stir in tomato sauce, basil and salt to taste.
Simmer until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
