Ingredients
  Basic hollandaise sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs), slightly cooled (Or use blender variety)
  Whipping cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Prepare Basic or Blender Hollandaise Sauce; cool.
Just before serving, in a medium bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into cooled sauce.
