|Butter||1⁄2 Pound (At Room Temperature)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), finely minced|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. Cream together the butter, garlic, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
