Four Cheese Sauce And Noodles

Ingredients
  Butter 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoons)
  Flour 65 Milliliter (4 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Hot milk 1 Liter (4 Cups)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground clove 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated fontina cheese 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Crumbled gorgonzola cheese 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Diced mozzarella cheese 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Grated parmesan cheese 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Broad egg noodles 1 Pound, cooked (500 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat butter in saucepan.
Mix in flour and cook 2 to 3 minutes over low heat.
Add half of milk, whisk well and pour in remaining milk.
Add seasonings and cook sauce 8 to 10 minutes over low heat.
Stir in cheeses and cook 4 to 5 minutes over low heat.
Stir as required.
