Cranberry Glazed Ham With Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned ham 5 Pound (2.5 Kilogram)
  Jellied cranberry sauce 200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Condensed consomme 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)
  Applesauce 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Cornstarch 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Allspice 1 Dash
Directions

In shallow baking pan, bake ham at 160°C (325°F) for 1 hour.
Pour off fat; score.
Spread 50 mL (1/4 cup) cranberry sauce over top.
Bake 30 minutes more, 15 minutes per 500 g (pound); remove to platter.
In baking pan, combine remaining ingredients.
Cook, stir constantly until thickened.
Pour some sauce over ham; serve remainder as sauce.
