|Melted butter||8 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
Mix flour and 4 tablespoons melted butter in a double boiler.
Add seasonings and stir until smooth.
Add milk; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Stir in egg yolks.
Gradually add the rest of the melted butter and the lemon juice.
