Yogurt Sauce Peaches

Ingredients
  Cream style cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cardamom 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 4 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh peaches/2 cans, 16 ounce cans peach slices in juice 8 Medium
Directions

In blender container or food processor bowl combine cottage cheese, skim milk, sugar, lemon juice, cardamom, and almond extract.
Cover; process till smooth.
Fold in yogurt, Chill.
At serving time, peel, pit, and slice fresh peaches (or, drain canned peaches).
Divide peach slices among 8 sherbet dishes.
Spoon sauce over peaches.
