Bercy Sauce

  Butter 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped chives 16 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped
  Chopped tarragon 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Flour 55 Milliliter (3.5 Tablespoon)
  Chicken stock 500 Milliliter (2 Cup)
  Tabasco sauce 2 Drop
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Heat butter in saucepan.
Add parsley, chives, garlic and tarragon; cook 3 minutes over low heat.
Mix in flour and continue cooking 2 minutes.
Add chicken stock and season well with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
Mix and cook sauce 10 to 12 minutes over low heat, stirring twice.
