Cranberry Pudding With Butter Sauce
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, cooled|
|Cranberries||6 Ounce, rinsed and chopped (1.5 Cups)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Sift the flour, sugar, and baking powder into a bowl. Make a well in center and add the melted butter, cranberries, and milk. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
2. Turn mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole.
3. Bake at 350°F 55 minutes.
