Foam Sauce

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Brandy 3 Tablespoon
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Nutmeg/Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Stir two yolks with sugar to a souffle mixture.
Add brandy to the mixture.
Carefully fold this mixture into the whipped cream.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
