Peach Dessert Sauce

Ingredients
  Chopped peaches 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen Unsweetened)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Finely shredded lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Frozen yogurt/Vanilla frozen yogurt 2 3⁄5 Cup (41.6 tbs), 8 scoops, 1/3 cup each (Lemon Or Vanilla Flavored)
Directions

Mash 3/4 cup of the chopped peaches; set aside.
In saucepan stir together sugar, cornstarch, lemon peel, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Add water; mix well.
Stir in mashed peaches and chopped peaches.
Cook and stir fill thickened and bubbly Reduce heat; simmer for 5 to 7 minutes or till desired consistency, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat; serve warm over scoops of lemon or vanilla frozen yogurt.
