Pasta With Spicy Meat Sauce's picture
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Beef broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Chili paste 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Egg noodles 1 Pound (Fresh, 1 Package)
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Lean ground pork/Lean ground beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, coarsely chopped
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon, mixed with 4 teaspoons water
  Water 4 Tablespoon (For Mixing The Cornstarch)
  Green onions 2 , thinly sliced (Including Tops, For Garnish)

Preparation Combine sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
Cooking In a large pot of boiling water, cook noodles according to package directions until tender but firm to the bite.
Drain well.
Toss noodles with sesame oil.
Transfer to a serving bowl and set aside.
Place a wok or wide frying pan over high heat until hot.
Add vegetable oil, swirling to coat sides.
Add garlic, ginger, pork, and onion and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until meat is browned and crumbly.
Add sauce and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add cornstarch solution and cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.
Pour sauce over noodles.
Garnish with green onions.
