Hot And Spicy Sausage Sauce

  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Mild sausage link 1 Pound, casing removed (Italian Style)
  Sliced bell peppers 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Green Or Red, 2 Small)
  Canned pasta ready chunky tomatoes with spicy red pepper 28 Ounce, undrained (Two 14 Ounce Each Cans, 3 1/2 Cups)
  Hot cooked pasta 3 Cup (48 tbs)

HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sausage; cook, stirring to break into small pieces, for 5 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon oil in skillet.
ADD bell peppers to skillet.
Reduce heat to medium; cook for 2 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Stir in tomatoes and juice.
Reduce heat to low; cook for 5 to 7 minutes to develop flavor.
