Hot And Spicy Sausage Sauce
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Mild sausage link||1 Pound, casing removed (Italian Style)|
|Sliced bell peppers||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Green Or Red, 2 Small)|
|Canned pasta ready chunky tomatoes with spicy red pepper||28 Ounce, undrained (Two 14 Ounce Each Cans, 3 1/2 Cups)|
|Hot cooked pasta||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sausage; cook, stirring to break into small pieces, for 5 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon oil in skillet.
ADD bell peppers to skillet.
Reduce heat to medium; cook for 2 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Stir in tomatoes and juice.
Reduce heat to low; cook for 5 to 7 minutes to develop flavor.
