Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce Deluxe

|Semi sweet chocolate||12 Ounce, semisweet|
|Unsweetened chocolate||2 Ounce (unsweetened)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
1. Heat all ingredients together in the top of a double boiler set over hot (not steaming) water, stir frequently until smooth.
2. Sauce may be stored, covered, in refrigerator.
