Raspberry Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Half and half/Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raspberry liqueur 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat chocolate chips, sugar and water in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips and sugar are melted; remove from heat.
Stir in half-and-half and liqueur.
