Fancy Chocolate Sauce

  Semi-sweet chocolate bits 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Unsweetened chocolate square 2 Ounce (2 Squares, 1 Ounce Each)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brandy 3 Tablespoon

Combine chocolate bits and unsweetened chocolate in a small mixing bowl.
Microwave, covered, for 2 1/2 minutes, on high, or just until chocolate melts, (Watch carefully during last 1 minute so that chocolate does not burn.) Stir in honey and cream with a wire whisk to make a smooth paste.
Microwave, covered, on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until hot.
Stir in brandy.
