Besciamella Sauce

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken stock/Reduced-sodium canned broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
  Thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon (dried)
Directions

1. In a small saucepan, combine milk and chicken stock. Bring just to a simmer over medium-low heat. Keep warm.
