Turkey With Orange Sauce
|Turkey thighs/Turkey drumsticks||2|
|Paprika||5 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Orange juice concentrate||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thawed (Undiluted)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Rinse turkey parts and pat dry.
Place under broiler to brown.
Remove to Dutch oven or roasting pan and sprinkle with paprika.
Arrange onion slices over turkey parts.
In small bowl, combine juice concentrate, water, brown sugar, parsley, soy sauce and ginger.
Pour over turkey and onions.
Cover and bake approximately 1 hour in a 400Â°F preheated oven until turkey is tender, basting once or twice.
Slice meat, coat with sauce and garnish with orange twists.
