Fresh Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 3 Large, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and chopped fine
  Onion 1 Small, peeled and chopped fine
  Basil leaves/1 teaspoon dried basil 8 Large, washed, dried, and chopped fine
  Chopped fresh oregano/1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1 Tablespoon (Finely Chopped)
  Finely chopped fresh rosemary/1/2 teaspoon dried (chopped fine or rubbed between palm of hands) 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon, strained
Directions

1. Place tomatoes in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
2. Cook, drain, and sauce the pasta with half the mixture. Toss and add remaining sauce
