  Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Dash

Place all of the ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is reduced by about half and is thickened.
