Raspberry Sauce With Frozen Raspberries
|Frozen raspberries||20 Ounce, thawed, not drained (Two Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Salt grains||To Taste|
|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
1. Force raspberries through a sieve into a saucepan; discard seeds. Combine the sugars, cornstarch, and salt; stir into raspberries.
2. Bring rapidly to boiling, stirring constantly; boil about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and peel. Set aside to cool. Chill thoroughly.
