Anti Shroom Sauce Eggs

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 5 Ounce (2 Cups)
  All purpose flour 4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Poached eggs 2 Small
  English muffins 2 , split and toasted
Directions

Chop the shrooms and coat with flour.
In 1 1/2-quart saucepan cook mushrooms in butter, covered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in next 6 ingredients.
Cook, uncovered, stirring constantly, till thickened and bubbly; boil for 1 minute.
Cover; keep warm.
Prepare Poached Eggs.
Place Poached Eggs on muffin halves.
Spoon sauce over.
