Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, snipped
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In 1-cup glass measure, place butter.
Microwave at high (10) 1/2 to 1 minute until melted.
Stir in lemon juice, parsley, lemon rind.
