Butterscotch Pear Sauce

Ingredients
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Half and half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 2 Teaspoon
  Canned sliced pears 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

Mix brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and half-and-half in 1 1/2-quart saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
Stir in lemon peel and pears; heat through.
