Easy White Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

1. Place butter or margarine in a 1-quart glass bowl. Microwave, uncovered, at Power Level 10 for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until melted. Stir flour, salt, and pepper, making a smooth paste. Gradually add milk, blending well.
2. Microwave, uncovered, at Power Level 7 for 5 to 7 minutes, or until sauce is thickened and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
