|Rhubarb||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1-inch pieces|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Artificial sweetener||To Taste|
1. Cook rhubarb with water about 10 minutes or until tender.
2. Remove from heat and add artificial sweetener.
