Ingredients
  Rhubarb 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1-inch pieces
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener To Taste
Directions

1. Cook rhubarb with water about 10 minutes or until tender.
2. Remove from heat and add artificial sweetener.
