Meatballs In Cherry Sauce

  Cherry sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Ground lean pork 1 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped water chestnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon

Prepare Sauce and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients well and shape into 3 dozen small balls.
Brown slowly in skillet without added fat.
Drain well, add to sauce and simmer gently about 10 minutes.
