Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh rhubarb 1 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Directions

In a medium saucepan combine the sugar, water, and the orange peel strip, if desired.
Bring to boiling; add rhubarb pieces.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes or till rhubarb is tender.
Remove the orange peel.
