Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Chopped green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Anaheim pepper 1 Large, seeded and chopped (Fresh Chili)
  Fresh jalapeno pepper 1 , seeded and chopped
  Chopped fresh cilantro/Parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In small bowl, combine tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro and salt.
Cover and refrigerate 5 hours or overnight.
