Ham Loaf And Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Ground ham 3 Pound
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Pork loin 2 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Soft bread crumbs 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), undiluted (Carnation)
Directions

Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Press lightly into oiled 6 1/2 cup ring mold.
Refrigerate overnight.
Turn out onto shallow pan.
Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350°.
After baking for 10 minutes, brush loaf with Sweet and Sour Glaze.
