Chicken With Orange Sauce
|Green pepper||1 , quartered and seeded|
|Soy sauce||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Chili sauce||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Molasses||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Broiler fryer chicken||2 1⁄2 Pound, quartered (1.2 Kilogram)|
Assemble Citrus Juicer.
Juice orange into glass measure (about 1/2 cup or 125 ml).
Pour juice and remaining ingredients except chicken into blender container.
Cover and process 2 or 3 cycles at CHOP, or until green pepper is finely chopped.
Arrange chicken in a 9x9x2-inch (23x23x5 cm) baking pan.
Pour sauce over the chicken.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour; baste occasionally.
