Chicken With Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  Orange 1
  Green pepper 1 , quartered and seeded
  Soy sauce 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Chili sauce 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Molasses 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Broiler fryer chicken 2 1⁄2 Pound, quartered (1.2 Kilogram)
Directions

Assemble Citrus Juicer.
Juice orange into glass measure (about 1/2 cup or 125 ml).
Assemble Blender.
Pour juice and remaining ingredients except chicken into blender container.
Cover and process 2 or 3 cycles at CHOP, or until green pepper is finely chopped.
Arrange chicken in a 9x9x2-inch (23x23x5 cm) baking pan.
Pour sauce over the chicken.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour; baste occasionally.
