Creamed Horseradish Sauce On Cooked Beef
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Sliced cooked beef||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Or 4 Serving Size)|
|Dry bread crumbs||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried dill leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Dip slices of beef in flour, then egg mixture, then crumbs.
In skillet, brown beef in butter.
Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
Heat; stir now and then.
