Basic Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk/Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour gradually.
Stir continually over low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Pour milk or cream in gradually, stirring constantly.
Add salt and pepper, and continue to cook over hot water until thick.
