Fudge Sauce For Ice-Cream

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate square 4
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Evaporated milk 15 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler.
Add sugar and salt; then add milk gradually.
Stir and cook until smooth, about 5 minutes.
This sauce will keep about 10 days in refrigerator.
Take amount desired and heat again, then pour over ice cream.
