Fruit In Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Canned peach halves 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rose wine/Cherry brandy 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In 9-inch glass baking dish melt butter 30-45 seconds; add lemon juice; turn fruit over in juice.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and wine.
Microwave (high) 2-3 minutes, turning fruit to glaze halfway through cooking.
Slowly stir in cream (or it will curdle).
