Fruit In Wine Sauce
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned peach halves||1 Pound, drained (1 Can)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rose wine/Cherry brandy||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In 9-inch glass baking dish melt butter 30-45 seconds; add lemon juice; turn fruit over in juice.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and wine.
Microwave (high) 2-3 minutes, turning fruit to glaze halfway through cooking.
Slowly stir in cream (or it will curdle).
