Karo Syrup Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg yolk 1
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Light karo syrup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 5 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat yolks and water in top of double boiler with fork.
Add sugar, syrup and butter.
Cook directly over burner until boiling.
Then put over boiling water, and let simmer for 30-60 minutes.
Keep refrigerated.
