Fresh Mint Sauce

|Cornstarch||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Snipped mint leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Fresh)|
|Light corn syrup||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Green food coloring||1 Drop|
In small saucepan blend 1/4 cup cold water into cornstarch; add mint leaves, corn syrup, and lemon juice.
Cook, stirring constantly, till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in green food coloring, if desired.
