Holiday Hard Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Sifted confectioners' sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Brandy 3 Tablespoon
  Almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), blanched and grated
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

Cream butter until light; gradually beat in sugar and brandy.
Stir in almonds and salt.
Chill well.
