Fresh Mango Sauce
|Mango||1 Large, cubed (ripe)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a food processor, puree mango.
Add orange juice and honey through feed tube with motor running, and continue to process until well blended.
Pour into a pitcher and use immediately.
To make sauce in a blender, first add orange juice and honey, then mango.
Blend until smooth.
