|Chopped onion||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped bell pepper||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Hot red pepper||1 Small|
|Sugar||2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)|
|Celery seed||2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Vinegar||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
Combine first six ingredients and cook until sauce begins to thicken.
Add second six ingredients and continue cooking until a thick sauce.
Takes about 2 hours.
Stir often as it sticks to the pan easily.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
