Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Quart, peeled and chopped
  Chopped onion 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped bell pepper 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Hot red pepper 1 Small
  Salt 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Vinegar 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
Directions

Combine first six ingredients and cook until sauce begins to thicken.
Add second six ingredients and continue cooking until a thick sauce.
Takes about 2 hours.
Stir often as it sticks to the pan easily.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
