Avocado Sauce

Ingredients
  Avocados 2 Large, halved, pitted, and peeled
  Grated lime rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Scallions 2 , finely chopped
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Liquid red pepper seasoning 1 Dash
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover surface with clear plastic wrap and chill This is good on cold fish or salads.
