|Granulated sugar replacement||2 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared non dairy whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Slightly beat egg yolks.
Combine the beaten egg yolks with the sugar replacement and salt in a saucepan.
Gradually stir in the skim milk.
Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens and coats the spoon.
Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
Stir in the vanilla.
Fold in the nondairy whipped topping.
