|Malt vinegar/White vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped mint leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a small heat-resistant non-metallic bowl heat vinegar and sugar in Microwave Oven 2 (2 1/4) minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.
Pour hot mixture over mint leaves and allow to stand at least 1 hour.
If desired, more sugar may be added to make a sweeter sauce.
