Sour Cherry With Honey Sauce

Ingredients
  Fresh sour cherries 2 Cup (32 tbs) (pitted)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Put cherries in container of blender and process at medium speed until chopped but not pureed, (or chop in food chopper, using medium blade).
Place chopped cherries in small saucepan; add honey.
Stir over low heat until just below boiling.
Mix cornstarch, salt, and water, and add to cherries.
Cook slowly until thick and smooth.
Cool.
Place in jar, cover, and store in refrigerator.
