Brown Butter Sauce
|Clarified butter||4 Tablespoon|
|Fresh parsley||3 Tablespoon, minced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Add Clarified Butter to butter in which supremes were sauteed.
Cook over moderately high heat until the butter has turned a very light golden brown, for 1-2 minutes.
Immediately remove from heat, stir in parsley and lemon juice and taste for seasoning.
Pour over the supremes and serve.
