Long Island Duckling Black Cherry Sauce

Ingredients
  Long island duckling 1 , quartered
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Rub seasonings into duckling, place in dry skillet, skin side down, and cover tightly.
Cook at 350° in electric skillet or over medium heat on range for 1 hour, turning at 20 minute intervals.
Do not pour off fat during cooking.
