Cold Salmon Steaks With Green Sauce

|Spinach leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Watercress leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Plain yogurt||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Drained)|
1. Prepare the salmon steaks through step 4 of the recipe. Cover and refrigerate.
2. Meanwhile, put the spinach, onion, watercress, parsley, and lemon juice in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Blend until smooth adding more lemon juice if necessary.
3. Stir blended mixture into the drained yogurt. Chill.
