Cold Salmon Steaks With Green Sauce

Ingredients
  Salmon steaks 1 (Salmon Steaks With Scallions, Without Brown Rice And Lemon Juice)
  Spinach leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Watercress leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Drained)
Directions

1. Prepare the salmon steaks through step 4 of the recipe. Cover and refrigerate.
2. Meanwhile, put the spinach, onion, watercress, parsley, and lemon juice in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Blend until smooth adding more lemon juice if necessary.
3. Stir blended mixture into the drained yogurt. Chill.
